1.The room was so small. 2.There is no water in the bathroom and flush. 3.They don't have power backups when electricity is gone.

the property is amazing. the caretaker is awesome. we had breakfast and lunch. the food was also very delicious and reasonably priced. the location is wonderful. very calm , walkable from matheran station.

Pathetic hygiene of rooms and extremely pathetic condition of bed linen. They charging per room for single night like a 5 Star resort with a decade old model of AC, unwashed linen and bedsheets, rodent poop in room everywhere, unhygienic restroom with no proper flush, unfriendly staff, no hot water and rooms and services are not as mentioned. Please think million times before booking. Room is not even worth and we have paid 10 times the price.

1- room clean 2- The staff is good 3- toilet with hot water 4- indoor games available for kids 5- best for big family only thing i dont like is Glass door with curtains.

We booked one day before our check-in date, but we got booking in very reasonable rates especially in Christmas and new year season.. also staff is very helpful. Rooms and premises are very clean and hygienic with indoor games .. Overall experience was good.

Our stay at Hotel Woodside is very good experience. People are very much attentive. Food quality was very good. Property is good , need little more cleanliness.
