I would rate my stay a zero due to the disappointing way it ended. I had given my anniversary cake to the staff to keep it in refrigerator purchased from the Mill Cafe in Palolem and i was informed that it was unfortunately spoiled by the staff accidentally. While the staff present were considerate and were ready to offer a cheesecake as compensation, the manager—who appeared to oversee operations—was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy.
