Very Bad Experience, Not able to understand on what basis 4* rating given to this hotel, had to change 3 rooms to get the better one, cockroaches everywhere, earthworms in toilet, unprofessional and impolite staff, just one person was there at reception, no one helped in taking the luggage to room. will never stay here at this hotel again.......😌

The television was not functioning, and there were no pillow covers on the pillows. The side walls of the room had visible water damage, resulting in stains and cracks. A musty odor permeated the room due to the moisture. As a result, we had to relocate to two different rooms. Additionally, there were mosquitoes in both the room and the bathroom.

Staff not trained with soft skills. Behaviour with guest not upto the mark. As the room was advanced booked and the payment was received, the staff over there was indifferent with the guest.
