i went to Kharagpur & used you. I booked Cosmocity hotel. I had a 3 room flat with furnishing at my disposal which I never wanted. I had to face the following difficulties.
1. The owner of these 4/5 flats does not live there. There is no reception. So whom to contact. Finally when the partner arrived I had full comfort.
2. The location of this hotel is such that there is no eating joint nearby.
3. In fact, it is a residential beautiful building with no surrounding. It is completely at isolated ...more

Very decent property but not up the expectation. Hygiene was pathetic, washroom was not clean and room was okay and AC was not working. One gentleman was there in the property he was nice.Location was in the highway area and there some road work going on so it was very polluted.
