this is to inform you that in this hotel new gitanjali just we arrived but very bad experience first of all what the room they provided us room is very congested and bad smell r coming from room what they charged room tariff accordingly the room is match up.intact the same room they gave to the other customers less then that.intact i request them to change my room they said is full booked but they r taking booking in front of me.i told the atlist change the vew of room they said is not possible ...more
