the stay was horrible. power failure at hotel facility. no ac.. lights fans not working and after complaining they just had a sorry face to show. no room service, not even a bathing soap in the room. worst stay of my life.

Very nice and clean room goodstay for family and staff are very polite, good behavior. I specially recommend New M.I PLAZA this is goodstay for family in Gaya. 1) Gaya Railway station 1.7 km. 2) Near vishnu pad dham temple app 2.2 km, around 1 km Mangala Gauri Temple, Sita Kund Temple .Really very nice. 3)Bodhgaya 12 km approx and Mahabodhi Temple near Bodhgaya 1.5 km. Really New M.I PLAZA is best experience me and my family . Thank you.🙏🏻

Location is ok. Hotel room was decent with new furniture and bed. They didn't provide any bedsheets, towels by default. Had to ask for them. The intercom doesn't work.. had to go down 2-3 times for getting any response. Mosquitoes were horrible and bit me throughout the night. This despite them spraying allout in the room. The manager helped me get auto early in the morning to catch the train. A big positive. Also, wifi doesn't work

Room was absolutely fine, well furnished, neat and clean. staffs were polite and well behaved. They also provide rental car for site seeing.

I would not recommend to anyone if anyone is planning to stay here.they have provided me room on top floor with single room only....I feel like m in isolation ward.....plz
