staff behaviour is rude. I lost my room key, I called to reception, he told me that It is your responsibility not ours. and they take 2-3 hours to send food to room. Lift is not working. but during booking , I didn't know about this. they gave room at 4th floor. It was difficult to go by stairs. guiser was not working, I called many times to reception , then they resolved it, next morning. In( -2 ) ° C temp , how can we go for bath with cold water. So, I went to bath next morning, when guiser starty working.

Hotel room is very neat and clean and newly renovated, bathroom is very clean, staff is also co operative, location is at walking didtance from mall road.
