The person who sit on reception, he was working properly and they will make false promises then deny to serve later on, other staff was good, rooms were also good, food quality is amazing.
Ask your room location before u reached to the hotel, bcoz they were giving us the ground floor which is absolutely adjacent to restaurant, and it was non ac, they won change ur room once u reache the hotel
