Wifi is completely down.(not acceptable as the package covers all facilities) No elevator support from basement parking. (Manageable)

swimming pool which you have shown as an amenity while booking was not opened for any guest during the stay. this was very disappointing experience we specially my children faced during the stay. also after repeated request only they have recharged the tata sky in the room.
