earlier it was better but due no maintenance not good.... AC's not working, fans are getting too much sound and even lift elevator also getting too much of sound while opening and closing,

well we booked because of the discount we were getting, but when we arrived at the hotel the staff members weren’t supportive and they offered different room than what we had booked. also, they asked us for extra money for the same room. room service was not available, no toiletries provided, dirty floor, no proper towels and dirty cutleries. overall our experience was bad at the hotel and it was of no use booking.

disappointing stay at hotel nexstay kites inn. the room services were subpar, and the lack of wifi due to unpaid network bills was frustrating. the car parking area was unclean and resembled a cow shed, with cows occupying the space in the evening. the hotel failed to deliver on its promised amenities, including basic essentials like towels and soap. overall, the experience was unsatisfactory.
