horrible experience, worst quality of room and amenities, no cleanliness. suggest to everyone never book this. Hotel is not a suitable word for this prosperity because it is completely like a slum. it's just a fraud with the travelers.

if u want to stay in ur budget in nainital so u can choose it and it is near by mall road so u can reach everywhere like naina devi temple, naini lake by 10 min

Excellent service, the owner is a very knowledgeable man and quite helping in nature. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Hot water is available 24×7 and there is wifi facility also. Eateries and Mall road are quite nearby

If anybody wants to stay like home nikunj guest house is the best place. Homemade food specially chaap #yammi#. 500 MTR distance from maal road and naini Lake. But the guest not have a parking facility.

This is the worst restaurant I have seen in my life. The owner of that place is very bad & his nature is very disgusting. I reach that place with my family & the hotel owner is make excuses & doing misbehaviour with my family members. If you want some peaceful place please don't book this worst place. I really hate this please don't book this. I really respect you & your family that's why I told this. Don't book this worst hotel.
