    The room was good but washrooms require maintenance as there were broken tiles and water seeping from them. The AC temperature control was a bit tricky too. The staff was really cordial and the food was very good.

    hotel was good and it's located in main road easy to access.but only thing is swimming pool is closed its not on working if u need swimming pool better u go for other choice. overall experience is good.

    Rooms are good, their complimentary breakfast not acceptable. Just one dish of their choice is served. Hope they will change Next day for a two hour booking they asked for 90% of the daily room fare.

    it's a good experience with Nila palace. rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. highly recommend for all kinds of guests.

    very poor room service and breakfast was with no choice. bathrooms were not clean, bath towels stinking

    A good place to stay in. Far removed from the crowd. Clean place with a great buffet for lunch. In fact it is one of the best places i have stayed in. The four stars is for the not so good coffee shop and the shift staff that come in at night.
