when i booked my hotel room.i have a option to chhot the room but the hotel didn't arrange the room for me and provide a average room.

excellent hotel for family stay, Staff very co-operative and have good hospitality.
overall cleanliness at hotel was good.
It was a pleasant stay at the hotel.
Would surely recommend to people looking for family travel. situated at good location with plenty places for pure veg and non veg restaurants. Food also delivered to room by hotel staff.
Especially considerate for families travelling with kids and toddlers.
As a family I liked their hospitality and special help in preparing food for my 2 yrs old child. staffs were very soft spoken and helped whenever required.

Staff behaviour good. give towel, water bottle, soap when check in. Check out 1 hour late but they don't ask anything. even they asked me to keep our bags in their hotel & visit nabadwip mandirs then take the bags & go to station. this will help us to visit mandirs without any luggage hesitation. overall awesome experience
