toiletries should be added .. no hand towel,tooth kit is being provided..only towel n a soap is offered..Food n staff are both good.

Sorry, it was a very bad experience.1. AC not working. Repaired at 5.30 pm.2. IPL matches not to be seen. After constant requests, could see at 6 pm.3. Cost of eatables, very very high. French fries, Rs. 180, weight hardly 150 gms. Very bad in appearance and taste.4. Bedsheets, not clean.5. Some unwanted intruder just barged into our room.However, the lady at reception was very cordial and cooperative. Management has to be more responsible.For present rating 2 star only.

It was great experience with family !! The place is located in the heert of the city and commuting and travel is exremely easy.

One of the best hotel in kanpur in its price range.. Awesome facilities courteous and helpful staff..All Covid 19 advisory maintained..clean and hygienic stay and healthy food .. Locality of civil lines is also great

Good stay value for money. hotel is on 4th floor rooms are neat and tidy.clean linen closet.room service is good with humble staff.
