The rooms are very big. I doubt even such a big room is available in 5 star hotels. Apart from that car parking, lift, AC, very specious Western toilet cum bath room with 24hrs hot water facilities are available. Since this is only lodging, they don't provide food but Morning tea is being provided. The staff is very courteous. The overall quality of service is excellent. we took room for one day with three occupants. rooms are clean and comfortable beds were provided. nice staffs and property was maintained clean. have decent amount of car parking with gated community. highly recommend to visit with your family and friends.

Really great Value for Money.
Good location, 10 min walk from Bus station, 30 min walk from train station.
The residency is very calm, the room was big, clean and very confortable.
I highly recommend this place !

The stay was absolutely amazing. The host Mr.Manoj was very nice and he was very professional.

stayed for 3 nights. it was not that good of an experience. There was a power cut and

It was a pleasant stay; the deluxe non-air-conditioned room I reserved was clean, the only drawback was that maintenance was ongoing while we were there; it was close to the Mudgaon stand and within walking distance; all in all, it was a good experience.

I had booked for Family attic room with AC, rooms were very clean and had a good space .
They also have a small seating arrangement near the entrance and a small fountain. It was worth the money paid.
