i recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was quite disappointing. the room was untidy upon arrival, with hair found on the pillows and beds, indicating poor housekeeping. the plastic chairs were blackened with mold, making them unusable. the taps were rusted, and the wall paint was cracked, giving the room a neglected appearance. the bathroom was in terrible condition. the bathtub had yellow stains, was not cleaned properly, and had water clogging issues, making it unusable. to make t ...more

cleanliness very poor... even after reminder, allowing sufficient time not cleaned the room, even dining tables, table cloth, window glass etc....

Review : - Room booked for Hill View - deluxe room with AC. - When been to hotel, they said they do not have any booking with same name. - Then they said they receive booking confirmation after I reach hotel. - Being theybwere not having booking confirmation, they alloted me isolated non ac room with unhygienic conditions. - Bathroom was having 4 big flying cockroaches which finally I removed. - Intercom was not working. - TV was not having remote. - No Hot water in bathroom. - Repeated request ...more

3 star only for the beautiful view from the room and food which was really tasty. But the condition of washroom is pathetic and not maintained at all.

It was a good experience. Location and view from the hotel is awesome. At night we were lucky to have some guitarist and singers perform live at the restaurant.
