the stay i booked was for my sister and mother, as there was no electricity for over a day at their place. the reservation staff helped me over the phone for booking and also extended a delayed checkout. really appreciate for the last minute help and hospitality. my sister and mother had a wonderful experience.

we could experience ao peaceful stay then ever before. so friendly staff throughout. nothing disappointing. food was so yummy, esp, biriyani, fried rice, and morning breakfast.

we had very comfortable stay at niya regency. well spaced n well aŕranged rooms. neat n tidy linen. toilet is also very clean with all amenities. good car parking facilities . tasty buffet break fast .
over all we loved our stay.

It was a very bad experience and it was very dirty toilet. Water was stagnant. They only brought 1 liter of water for us to drink. When we asked for another water, they said that they would pay for it. The air conditioner not working well it was terrible
We didn't feel that was a 4 star hotel
Air conditioner not working well complete not working at night and door lock are not electronic and bathroom are not clean
Please not big promotion to stay there its not a 4 star

Room was very good. Breakfast was also good. Hotel will delight Non-vegetarians. But alas ! I am a Pure Vegetarian.
