Worst customer experience. We went to hotel around 12.30 PM on 9th Nov and ordered french fries and 3 cup of tea. Ideally it should not take more than 15minutes and when we requested receptionist to look into this, he behaved like a fool.
we had to quit from there without having tea after waiting for 10 more minutes.
Hotel management seems to be unaware of pathetic situation of hotel cleanliness.
