very silent and peaceful place to stay with a friendly staff around specially the manager Mr Sathish who was always around if any help needed and also handyman call Kalia very helpful me n ma wife recommend a safe and secure place to stay.

An example of peaceful & relax environment as well as excellent services.. Amazing construction.180years old house converted into the hotel hence staying in this hotel gives you ancient, positive & relax vibes. We did on the spot booking as you can say half an hour before but still we were warmly welcomed by the staff and the manager. Manager & The staff was extremely friendly, cooperative & they are very flexible. I would like to visit again. Thank you satish sir & the staff for the services.

The hotel services was quite good. Everyone was co-operative at the hotel. The environment around the hotel was silent and no disturbance of main road. We will visit that same hotel again when we will visit Goa.

This is a budget place in a quiet location. The rooms are nice and the beaches are within 5 km radius. This was the first time I choose to stay at a quiet place in Goa and it was worth it!!

Villa was so cool and stay was superb . The Manager of this villa Mr.Satish coperated with us very nicely.Overall it was great experiencing stay .We all loved it and will be coming soon again .Thank you for such an amazing facilities!!
