The ac in my room was not working. It took the staff the entire night to fix this problem. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The hotel is clean and is housed within the NOCCI business park along with an auditorium, an office complex and a large exhibition hall. The campus is sprawling and very green. It's very peaceful, quiet and away from the din of the city - a good place for a relaxing stay. Food quality is good (breakfast menu is limited but well done), amenities are okay, and the service is above average (the staff is cordial and helpful). Excellent Hotel with good amenities and staff. Managed professionally. Only negative is the hotel is situated quite far away from railway station and road there is not good.
