The housekeeping was pathetic...when we entered the room and checked the bed it was fully stained and and old linen was seen...It was full of hair from previous customer ..it's terrible..when we ar paying 2300 for a room we expect a minimum quality...and wen we requested to change the linen she was not even bothered....A very bad behaviour from hotel staff and 0% of profesionilsm ..this was my 4th stay at noorjahan..dis time it was a disaster ..No hot water was available as the geezer was not wo ...more

Rooms were cigarette smoke filled
No hot water in bathrooms. Need to waste 3-4 buckets of water to get luke warm water

I recently stayed at this hotel on 10th Jan 2025 , but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Due to multiple cleanliness and safety concerns, I had to cut my stay short from two nights to just one.
First, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations. The bedsheets were visibly unclean, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, I was shocked to find a honeybee nest on the balcony, posing a serious safety risk. Given these issues, I felt it was best to check out early.
I expected a much better level of hygiene.
