Had a good experience in hotel northwood. Sayed with family. Staff was very good and supportive. Very close to mall road so all things are easily accessible.

The hotel is located on the mall road.The entry to the hotel is at a little congested lane so that makes the experience disappointing a bit. The room provided to us had a faulty bathroom door. The food served here is below average on the basis of the price charged. There was no salt in the food at one time. Overall an average experience nothing exceptional. I expected a better experience at the price charged.
