Budget friendly stay in the middle of both panjim and North goa beach area. Perfect for those who want to explore both sides. The rooms are very clean and is equipped with all basic amenities like AC, wifi, refrigerator, wardrobe, coffee, balcony with mountain view at high rise, etc. linens are also clean. The property also has its own security and 4 wheeler parking . I have stayed here more than 4-5 times and this places has never disappointed me. Although it gets dark around this locality at night and street lights should be put. But if you are in a group it should be manageable.

property was new and very clean. View was also so nice.. Mr. Prashan was very kind helpful and amazing character he always take care of our little things.. location is also very near to popular places I personally prefer to all for going with this
