we recently stayed at hotel hyderabad and overall had a good experience. we were upgraded to the next category of room, which was a nice gesture — though it was only a room upgrade without the associated privileges of that category. that said, it wasn’t a big deal for us. the room was extremely clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and the entire property — including the pool and surroundings — was well-maintained. we genuinely enjoyed our stay. the only major downside was the buffet. both ...more

great experience. the staff was very courteous and supportive. when we checked in, the room was stinking because of smoke(maybe because of previous guests), we called the receiptionist and they changed our room instantly without any questions asked. the room is very clean, the amenities such as swimming pool, gym ,changing room are well kempt . we had dinner and breakfast at food exchange (buffet and alacarte) the food is great and hot. the foood exchange restaurant remains open throughout the ...more

Excellent hotel. I give this hotel rateing 5/5. we visited this hotel with family and kids. At reception person, sai and his friends and madam gave us complimenrty special cake arrangement in room on my wife's birthday special. And morning breakfast time also, madam Jessica and Bharat and his restaurant manger, given again birthday cake complimenrty and made us lot of happy. Such a terrible experianced!We wanted to go from Novotel to Ramoji film city, firstly travel desk said they wid charge 3200, later 7800. How can just for 120 Kms approx to n fro anyone cud charge 7800????
