The AC was not working properly, we were required to call the staff to fix it up continously. Even in the washroom, water was leaking and the hotel staff themselves were unable to fix it up. Additionally we had our checkin from 2pm still we were asked to wait for one additional hours (till 3.30), as the rooms were not ready.
