It was pathetic expirence.Hotel Managment is worst.we did confirm our booking by calling at hotel at 5 the guy at other end said confirm that time. When we reach around hotel at 12 night,they denied saying hotel is full.you should have come earlier and all those pathetic reasons. The guy on reception was heavily drunk and was talking in very rude manner. After that when we show our booking details then he gave arrange our room in another which was something like 3 km from this. They just alloca ...more

it was pathetic experience we had while check in as hotel management was denied out booking and was saying hotel was full. then we have shown booking details then he arranged one room which was dirty bedsheets dirty blankets and not at all clean. condom packets were there which ws used and thrown on table and other material was stored at wardrobe. I rate zero.

Very 3rd class experience, dirty rooms, door handles broken, dustbines are also not made empty, bed and blankets looked already used, in veg they dnt have anything other than paneer and mashroom.
