While paying full charge, Hoteler take full charge means double charge becouse costomer support didn't help me AC is not cooling TV had some chanels that you can't likehotel staff was rude

It was a very rubbish experience, it does not happen in any hotel that you take extra charges than the amount you booked earlier. According to the amount of money taken for the hour, the room was given very small, so it was a very bad experience.

very bad service, no chargeless drinking water, and dirty washroom. waste pf money😏 the staff is very bad.they provide you just the room with no towel and no bath kit in the washroom.
