pathetic experience.hotel denied for check-in initially, the after discussion with oyo customer care. he agreed.room was not clean.towel was not given inspite of several reminders.shower was not working.no bucket was available in room.moreover it is not good for any family or professional.it is a hotel providing rooms for couples for hourly basis. rest you can understand better.
