We had booked two double rooms. on arrival they saod they don't have two rooms. Either wil we have to adjust in a single room or they said we can cancel. But the booking policy doesn't offer refunds. after lot of complaints with them and **** they have agreed to give a second room later. the rooms were fine. bathroom was too small. room wasn't cleaned .

first of all, the hotel was very very far away from the location it is meant to be while booking, secondly, the name of the hotel was some guest house, not the one that is mentioned in the discription, rooms were pathetic, not even proper lighting. i have to travel 25km extra to get to the hotel.

first of all the actual name of this hotel is Star Guest hotel and not Royal county inn. Its an **** room. Had to Pay only 300 rs for a single room for a night . clean and cozy rooms . Small in size but more than enuf for wat i paid for . Good Courteous staff and provided basic toileteries too. They have a kitchen too but i wasnt aware and hence ordered from zomato. Overall grt value for the least money.
