My worst experience, First of all, I was not able to contact the Guest House directly. I was able to talk only to Oyo Call Centre. The Guest House is not in a good location. There are no in-house facilities there. Rooms were handled over in unclean condition and toilets were a total disaster. They do not arrange any food or tea for us. The condition is very bad. Very rude staff. We were asked for more money even if we have fully paid the hotel charges . There is only one Bathroom in the Hotel. we have to wait in for half an hour in queue to even urinate. Very improper facilities, there are alcohol bottles here and there
