When I reached the hotel they said there is no room free availability. They didn't give me the room and they didn't refund my money either. So they took the money again and sent me to a different branch. Worst experience ever.

i booked the hotel by paying the total fare of for 3 nights. but when i went to the hotel they asked for extra 3000+18% gst. when i shared my concern they asked for a bill from the hotel. when i asked the hotel for a bill they provided me a bill of different hotel name. they said that if i would have made the booking directly with the hotel then that would have cost me per night. but as my booking so they are charging me extra.

When I reached the hotel, due to a bit of technical difficulties of booking, in the beginning they told me they can't provide me the room. But the manager himself helped me to solve the problem.
After the issue was solved everything else was nice. The hotel is located in a safe and easily accessible location. Very polite and well behaved staff. Room was clean, well arranged and spacious. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Good service!!

Hotel management and staffs behavior was good. Room also awesome and dining hall experience is best and then rest room door lock system was pretty good.
