worst hotel he not allow me to stay I had complaint for change but he will provide me the hotel 16 km away from my required location I had asked for refund but nothing happened. I will never use this app till my refund will process.

very poor cleaning & room fully dirty tea spray on wall , in toilet not came water in flush me fall by baket & in blanket so many ladies hair. tv no working, wardrobe in side Waste.
