my relatives were staying in this hotel.They arrived from Kathmandu Nepal and Reciecptionst was asking to submit their passports.They are here for the treatmentthis is a really bad experience.

Overall Nice experience. But the rooms could have been more clean. The linen was dirty and stained but was changed when asked. Amenities were top notch.
Just an issue of mosquitoes.
