worst experience they ask extra money for check-in and Rooms are also pathetic and even booked for AC rooms they don't turned it on even after multiple reminder

इस होटल मे ac नही चल रहा है। रात 9:30 पर मुझे दूसरे होटल मे भेज दिया। कोई कस्टमर केअर नंबर नही है। कृपया ध्यान दे आप लोग कभी भी होटल बुक ना कराये। बिल्कुल बकवास।

There was not even single person at the counter,even at every floor we checked there was not any single person to even welcome and all.Rooms were not cleaned no water supply. Mosquitoes was worst experience ever booked two rooms.

One Word, WORSTFirst of all, we checked in at night, manager no where to be seen, found a number and called... manager came 20 minutes later smoked up... and for cherry on top called the manager to get towels, before seeing the situation of washroom, reply given we don't have towel, will be available in morning... since we had 2 rooms, went to another room to check and found bed sheet missing, cigarette buds inside cupboard, spoiled tea on table which was dried and got super sticky by then.
