I did not stay there. the property is under renovation. lift is not working and the room was on the 3rd floor. I immediately called customer service for cancelation and refund. your customer service did not help. finally he said the lift is not mentioned in the amenities so you cannot ask for it and did not refund.

The hotel is really bad The images that are shown here. it wont appear same when you visit. they dont have room lock also. Really disappointed with the stay.

Worst hotel I have stayed in my life. dirty room and washroom .AC and TV not working. Most concerning thing is if you stay with your family you will be worried about the safety of your loved ones because at night people will be shouting and drinking alcohol

First off all DON'T BOOK this hotel at any cost.Room was very dirty & there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff were very unprofessional & provided very poor services. They haven't even given us any bottles or clean the room before giving us! OYO should have checked these hotels before giving there franchises!
