I am check in hotel booking at the time of booking i had paid booking amount in advance. but at the time of check in hotel manager denied for check in..he told that we are not accept booking....please pay booking amount again if you want to check in..then i given Rs. 1800 cash then he g8ve us room..ab when we call help line they not resopnd properly. and ASM told propery sold out..i had paid 2 time money for room booking pls arrange to refund my booking amount.Rs. 1125...
