found an opened condom packet in the drawer. Obviously no cleaning after guests leave. No towels provided.
Worst of all, I was denied check in on arrival. Forced to pay afresh for this 'Premium' room

Hi,I reached the Hotel on the same day to check in, but Hotel management has not kept room ready instead they have allocated to other persons. He said, no rooms are available under the category that I have booked for staying.So no check in. but there is no cancellation and refund (100%) available expecting 100% refund..

I had already booked and paid but still the hotel told me to cancel that booking as the room booked is sold out. He said that upper category is available and it will be chargeable. He told me to cancel the online booking and it will be refunded in 2 days. But still i have not received the refund and i had also paid the amount for the Upper category room.

without our knowledge they cancelled our booking
i reached late night.. until i reach they didn't inform me about non availability and not refunded yet
the response was very pathetic and horrible
in the reception itself they were having hookah💨🚬 which i felt not safe
non hygiene
