i didn't click photos also because, i can't stay more than 1 hourafter staying 1 hour i checked out myselfi booked the room then also they force to pay me extra 400 rs

very bad stay. there was ac but the window was broken so at night it was so cold. bad staffs. even though i booked for 3 dats. i got the worst room. cockroch was there.

my booking was 628 taka, when i went there they charged me 470 taka extra, i called customer care and they didn't pick up, why did they charge me 470 taka extra?
again, the room from above is not good either.
