Very disappointed....rooms were not cleaned regularly.....they just used to do quick fix once a day at their own time. Bed cover, quilt and pillow cover were never changed despite reminders. I had specially called them before going on his things were in Manali and Rohtang....they said perfect weather which was a lie. My children were missing on the list sent by ****... This time around it was too hot in Manali and no snow even in Rohtang. All waste of money.. Very disappointing experience thank God it was just the latter half of my holiday after Uttarakhand.
