Absolutely rubbish. There was no water i had to shout at hotel ppl and then they changed my room after 2 hrs. Because of this delay i went very late to my exam centre. Again in the evening water was not there. Room hygiene is so bad. there was cigarette smoke smell throughout my stay. There was no key to my room and i had to leave it just like that when i went to write my exam. I would never ever suggest this hotel to anyone

I had the worst experience of hotel booking. I booked the hotel. On arrival front desk ask me to pay extra 500 for giving the room. We didn't had time to register a complaint or look for another hotel we finally paid an extra 200 instead of 500. They settled for an extra 200, as we were only staying for 5 hours.

it was not a pleasant stay over there,
1) vestibule seat cover were damaged
2)mirror damaged
3) no house keeping
4)no dust bin/garbage bag
5) corridors were not cleaned properly
6)presents of ants and insects inside and outside rooms
7) no soap and related items. they provided body wash, but there is no refilling.
they need to improve a lot in all the aspects of managing a hotel.
anyway I had adjusted as there is no other option, after COVID 19 , hotels are more or less similar.
