The hotel room was decent but small. No towels and soap were provided. After asking for a towel, they gave us one towel. There was hot water available. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, and no water bottles are provided. For tes or coffee, we need to order very prior.

We re not satisfied with the room facility. Bed and bedsheets are not cleaned. There was no electricity when we enter the room it came after 3 hours and the heater also not working in the bathroom. The major thing is there is no breakfast facility we lost the breakfast amount.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel has non existent service and no breakfast was provided to us although the rooms were booked with breakfast. After reaching the hotel no staff is available and I had to contact on mobile number mentioned in the staircase. Was given room after more than one hour with no facilities for third person as promised during booking the hotel for 3 persons in a room. There is no security.
