horrible experience. very rude staff. they speak only filthy language. we were asked to stand on road even and we had to cancel all our holiday plans because of this terrible hotel. after 3 hours of unhealthy discussion we weren't allowed. not at all safe. please stay away

Worst hotel experience ever. Bathroom was outside the room and there was another room in between my room and the bathroom. Water bottle was sold above MRP. No Covid protocol followed. Rude behaviour from hotel staff. No TV in my room. WiFi is available only near Reception. They take your Original ID and give it back only while check out.

It was not even a hotel, it was a flat with rooms. The washroom was also outside the room. no curtains in the room and everything was visible from outside. the service was the worst part. no kitchen or pantry service, even for water, we were asked to pay and buy. the rooms were not so clean. the rooms not at all looks like the photos above so clearly they were uploaded by them for marketing purpose. the worst two nights of my hotel stay. I intimated them and they said they will clean it. but they didn't and said leave if you don't like and behaved like rowdies. no service. they are using 2 bed room flats as hotel. I think most of the rooms filled with unmarried couples only. only those people will come and enjoying. you guys can understand and name the hotel. rooms are very congested, not at all clean, there are lot of beers bottles in the property, it's doesn't feel secure for the couples here, bathrooms are full of splits, cigarettes and uncleaned, pillow covers are not available bed sheets are not clean, the staff behaviour is worst. no proper response to the guest and they literally behave in a egoistic manner without minimum respect. it's the worst experience I ever had in my entire journey till now.

very worst hotel, i wasted my money and time in this hotel and it will have dirty maintenance and worst environment. mainly the pillows are very worst and the bedsheets are very worstly maintained and they don't change new bedsheets they maintain old bed sheets and the tv was not working.
