very unfair n unpleasant stay. they don't know how to speak with a customer.. u dint stay for free i had paid the money. so embarrassing it was.

The manager was asking for 500/- more for check inHe said I can't check in if I didn't pay extra 505/- rupeesIt was a worst experienceI had booked two hotelsOn 24th night, after booking the manager was not picking up my callSo I went to the location, nobody is there to open the doorI'm hitting the door but nobody is respondingHad to sleep in my car that nightThe whole night was ruinedAnd on the next day when I went there the manager dined to check me inHe was asking extra 505/-₹ to check inIt was aworst experience
