the room was not available...they were trying to shift nearby hotels... ultimately no suitable room was available... I returned back and did not checked in... pl cancel this booking and refund my payment...

I was given a room in Oyo Raj Pavilion, but I have booked my room here in Kalkaji Residency. They all have tie ups with worst and dirty hotels nearby and providing rooms in them despite they have vacant rooms. The hotel people talk very rudely and dont even respond to our questions. They fully talk bad and filthy words. Dont ever book a room here in this hotel and and the hotel is not even worth a penny. They try to your steal things in front of you. So be careful guys

Don't select that hotel Kalkaji Residency. They are very greedy people and asking double triple amount while checkin, even refused pre booking. plz don't book this hotel. we have to wait outside with our family while denied check in and ultimately we have to search some other hotel in night. even paid full fare, they asked double money.

Very bad experience. with the booking as I booked for 1 room 3 adult and when we reached the hotel, they showed us that they have received for 1 room 1 adult and for last 45 mins we are sitting at hotel. very disappointed. nobody is listening
