    very poor services. no electric panal and no TV. no wifi services. no towel given during the stay. don't book for any reason. wastage of money .

    I booked this hotel on 4 october. when I arrived there, the manager refused to give room to my family.we are very tired then and time was too late and unknown place.the manager told us the have some payment issue thats why we stopped the service. then I called to customer care and they arranged me another hotel, Tha Kashmir with same rate. but the manager was too hunger for cash😄. I had to pay 700 rupees more.Kashmir is very beautiful, but Kashmiris are not good.

    hotel is good staff was helpful and polite but not for old person and if you planning to gulmarg phase 1,2 don't book phase 2 that was not worth it only book phase 1 and enjoy sideseen of gulmarg and don't take guide with your self their no need of that
