The hotel charged me again saying that they do not recognise Goibibo booking
neither did Goibibo refund my paid amount
I realised that Goibibo has no customer service call back number

hotel was pathetic and worst experience..rooms are so small, bad smelly, no exhaust fan in bathroom, no gyeser, dirty bedsheet, no door mats, no window for ventilation.also the hotelier demand extra money in addition to what you have paid advance they took Rs. 999 extra from me.
