The hotel had uploaded misleading or incorrect photos , based on which I made the booking, trusting the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided.This was my first time requesting a refund, and I am quite disappointed with the experience. If my request is not considered, which I would regret.Looking forward to a positive resolution.

I have never stayed at a hotel like Kunal Palace in my lifetime. It was completely the Devil's room, so dirty, unhygienic, no door lock for the room & bathroom. It was like a public toilet. Hotel staff are irresponsible. So, I checked out within 2-3 hours from booking from the hotel and they refused to give me refund for that day.

Worst Hotel ever. I can't tell how much terrified I was the night I stayed there. The vibe is so badThe rooms were stinking. AC not working properly. Jet spray, TV lights not working. The staff was soo rude to me. please don't book this hotel.
