reception boy behavior not good. attending time also. he was said,i have no information about your booking..i was waiting 1hour.

they were asking for extra charge.. and finally they denied check in..I connected with customers care but no solution they said refund will be initiated..so after wasting 1hr finally at 12:30 midnight I had to book another hotel.. so i didn't check in please initiate my refund

Room Condition is Horrible, Service is not Available, No TV no Drinking water available in this room, Bed sheet is duty, please don't book this hotel.
