after booking - hotel owner denied to check in and said they don't have room and after complaining to oyo company they gave us room.

Complain karne ke baad room diye. Book hone ke baad hotel pahuche to room nhi hai bolte hai. phir complain kiye compony ko tb jakar room mila.
