A pretty decent property with huge rooms. A caretaker is there. Perfect for travellers who want yo live away from the bustle of North Goa. There is no restaurant and you will have to order food through Zomato or Swiggy. The place is serene and it is very cheap as well. So highly recommend it.

1. the bedsheets and the blanket is blood stained.
2. the walls are also blood stained somewhere here and there.
3. mostly importantly I checked out at 9am and just kept my bags there the guy asked for 500 to look after my bags and ended up taking 300.
4. staff uses the room and sleeps on the bed.

Don't stay here even if it is free. Filthy place. Not even a cupboard to keep your clothes. Deserted... in the middle of nowhere.
